fbi: mike feuer lied
It’s official. The FBI believed former LA City Attorney Mike Feuer lied to government investigators while they were conducting a corruption probe of his office and the Department of Water and Power. But he was never charged by Department of Justice prosecutors. Feuer is still licensed as an attorney in California. He’s under investigation by the State Bar of California, but the Bar has not taken any action publicly.

Feuer did not aid and abet; he orchestrated the entire nightmare. The city gets an 18% override on DWP revenue and a large reimbursement by the DWP to customers would cut the city's take. Thus, Feuer made certain that he had control of both the Plaintiffs' side and the defendant City's side. The only aspect which amazes me is that Judge Elihu M. Berle did not cover up for Feuer.
Of course, the State Bar has done nothing. Thomas Girardi had 200 complaints and they state bar never did anything. Why? because he was paying off the judges to get this big verdicts.
