I checked the California State Bar website to see if Paul Paradis had been flagged as under investigation and I don’t find his name in the search at all. Any idea what that’s about?
The sentence is almost criminal in itself. The Judge ignored the prosecution recommendation, ignored the fact that Paradis has been cooperating with the FBI for years and ignored the fact that absent that cooperation this historical corruption in the City Attorney’s Office would never have been exposed.
